Conference and events

The trick to conferencing and events photography is capturing the moments when they happen as they rarely happen twice. These shots from a Virgin Atlantic event were mainly to show off the venue as a conference facility but also captured some fun moments of the team building exercises and gala dinner. We shoot lots of conferences, corporate events, PR launches, black tie dinners and award ceremonies and the rule is always the same, be ready for the unexpected!
